Award winning Journalist and Writer, David Jesudason is coming on down to The Dodo for a Q&A all about his book, Desi Pubs.

As part of the Book Party, we’ll be paying homage to the Desi Pub concept with a food pop up from Spice Bombs UK.

• Pani Puri (V,VG) - Signature Spice Bomb also known as ‘Pani Puri’. A crispy puff ball filled with Chickpeas, Boiled Potatoes, Red Onions and light spices. Topped with Flavoured Water, Indian Savoury and Tamarind Chutney. Portion of 6 per serving.

• Lamb Kebab - Pieces of marinated and well-seasoned Lamb Kebab on a bed of canape sized Roti’s and topped with mixed salad (Lettuce, Red Onion and Cucumber) and a choice of Raita, Garlic and Chilli Sauce. Portion of 6 per serving.

• Chickpea Curry with 2 Puris (V,VG) - Chickpea and Tomatoes marinated in a rich curry sauce served with freshly made puris. Garnished with Coriander and served with a pot of optional Raita Sauce.

• Chicken curry with 2 Rotis – Succulent cubes of marinated Chicken in a rich curry sauce served with freshly made rotis. Garnished with Coriander and served with a pot of optional Raita Sauce.

Complimentary desserts will also be provided!
