Full of the spirit of the Hanwell Massive, The Dodo of Hanwell is a citrus forward gin, singing with juniper of course but with bold notes of grapefruit, sweet orange and lemon. You’ll get smooth, delicate floral undertones from the bergamot and orris root and a delicate spice finish from coriander seeds.

Distilled low and slow in a 60L copper alembic micro still.

40% abv, 70cl bottle.
