We’re hosting another quite mad Mad Yank Brewery beer pairing! This time with waffles! That’s right people, waffles!

Join us on Thursday 26 March for the launch of Waffles at Midnight alongside Larissa and Grant from Mad Yank guiding you through 5 beers paired with 5 waffle combos!

  • Watch Keeper's Promise, hefeweizen 2.8% paired chicken & waffles

  • Passion of the Duck, passion fruit gose 4% paired with maple & bacon waffles

  • Comrade APA, pale ale 4.7% paired with gingerbread maple & cinnamon waffles

  • Waffles at Midnight, maple pecan porter paired with tomato, mushroom & cheese waffles

  • Pineapple Upside Down Blonde, blonde ale paired with vanilla ice cream & waffles.

Tickets are £25 per person and can be purchased in advance down The Dodo. Spaces are limited. Only 20 tickets available and we do expect this event to sell out.

Tasting will start promptly at 7pm!
